Ladies: what's the best song you wish a guy wrote about you?
You know that song that makes you swoon... and suddenly find yourself smiling despite the fact that you're sitting next to a smelly guy on the bus? The song that makes you wish you had someone to write things like that for you?
Mine? Admittedly a few:
"Come on get Higher" by Matt Nathanson. Really. It's... ahhhh.
"Elenore" by The Turtles. If only my name was Elenore!!!!! darn!
and my favorite,
"This Guy's in Love With You" by Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass. The only song Alpert ever put his trumpet down to sing. It's beautiful.
