Is there a name for the Rhyme scheme Bob Dylan uses in Talking World War 3 Blues?
He begins each verse with a pair of rhyming couplets, then the fifth line doesn't rhyme. It seems almost ironic, as if one is expecting another couplet.

I think this is an example of how poetry and songwriting differ. Poetry often has a tighter structure and more strict rules.
While songs are free to break some of the rules, because the music helps complete some of the ideas and rhyming is not as important.
