How do I use the FX loop on my amp too? It has 2 jacks (send and return)
Hello, Kevin! When placing effects in order, you have to consider how each audio change will modify the one that is placed before. The arrangement I would recommend would be Tuner, Whammy, Reverb, Delay, Noise Suppressor, and Volume Pedal. As far as using the effects loop, you will need to decide for yourself whether you like the sound of your effects before the preamp (connected from the output of the effects chain to the amplifier input jack), or before the power amp (connected from the "send" jack to the effects chain input, and from the output of the effects chain to the "return" jack).
