It doesn't really work in terms of thinking of "which one is better" Every situation is unique between a label and an artist pairing and you also didn't mention genre. Also - Sony is the parent company of Columbia, J and Arista and last I checked didn't have a direct company to do deals with as Sony records.
Generally speaking all of these labels hire out producers for a majority of their work so If you are looking at which label to sign a teen with? Go with the one that offers you a deal that makes the most sense and have them explain up front what leverage they have in the market that they will use to break your act. It will really depend on your personal relationship with the person willing to sign or employ you at that label more than the corporate structure itself.
