32 channel splitter audio snake?
i am looking for an audio snake with 32 sends and 8 returns. i want a splitter here 16 feeds and 4 returns are to each side of the split...
i am buying 2 high quality mixers but they only have 16 inputs... i need 32 so i think i can buy 2 and just record both and combine them...
Jeremy - I would highly recommend just getting a 32 channel mixer in the first place. It will work much better. You need to remember that each mixer has internal busses that are tied together. When you combine two mixers, those internal busses are not tied together. Trying to bridge the busses does not work well and will be a nightmare.
If you insist on doing this, 32 channel 8 return and 16 channel 4 return snakes are widely available:
