How can I record several different tracks while recording live?
whether to record studio quality while practicing with the band or for recording live shows, how can i record each track seperately? the stuff i use now records all the channels from my power mixer to one track, so i cant adjust the volume of each track seperately in post to make it sound its best, what is out there to use to solve this? thanks
You need a multi-track recorder or a multi-track interface for your computer software. You run a send from each channel or sub-group of your mixer to the corresponding input on whatever you are using to record with.
