How do I fix Turtle Beach PX21 (headset) snapped cable?
I have snapped the cable that runs from the Amp to the headsets. It's snapped in half. I am not sure how I can re-connect it. The cable consist of three copper cables (three different colours) mixed with some sort of fibre and another normal black and white cable (normal PVC insulation) for the microphone I guess.
I have already emailed 'support@turtlebeach.com' and awaiting reply. I'll look into soldering but I am an amateur, when it comes to soldering.
Turtle beach don't want to share info on how to fix a snapped cable.
You should probably contact them at support@turtlebeach.com and see if they can help or take it to an electronics repair shop. To get a proper connection, you'd need to use a molex connector or solder it.
