Best Podcasting Microphone?
I'm looking for a good microphone to hook up to my Windows XP machine so that I can podcast in the best quality. I'm having some trouble choosing between mic's but i'm really interested in the Samsung CO1U condenser mic. I'm thinking about getting one, but before I make the purchase I'm trying to do as much research as possible. Do you think the CO1U is a good mic? If not, what other type of mic is there that I could use with a reasonable price? I also think it would be best if it was USB. Thanks!
Any mic is fine. Don't pay more than $30.00. The sound quality comes from learning where to position it. Sometimes you have to hold it off to the side to avoid puffing, yet still close enough to capture all the sound.
