Wich microphone is better for the money and any suggestions for a good mic?

Also, if you have any suggestions for a good brand condenser mic for mainly vocals, and acoustic guitar let me know! It has to be in the 100 to 200 price range.

Greg - Either mic will work great. There may be subtle differences between the two, but both will allow you to record a nice sound from pretty much anything. I have an older MXL and it still works great! I use it for a overhead drum mic and it has been dropped, the grill is mangled and it still sounds perfect.
