I read "The UB502 has five inputs: a single mic channel with two stereo line inputs. Unfortunately the mic input has no phantom power option, so anyone wanting to use a capacitor mic (other than a tube model with its own PSU) will either have to use an external phantom power supply unit or else choose a back-electret mic which can be battery powered."
Thank you Jazzy. Was expecting this. OK. Could you pl suggest a good one (not very costly) I didnt new this while buying. I should have gone for a phanton , model then. With ur answer, I understand that normal condensor mics , SM57 , PG57 are not usable in this device ???
I suggest you get the battery powered one its much easier and better in my opinion!
