What Electric Guitar should I get to start off?
So I definitly want to buy the pack. The electric guitar, case and aomplifier. I am willing to spend from 200 to 250$$$ Is the Epiphone Les Paul Special II Player Pack a good set or no? Is their anything better for the same price or a little more money. What better than that, that is the same price or a little bit more about 50 bucks or so? Or is the Epiphone Les Paul Special II Player Pack a good starter set?
Any starter pack by (pretty much anyone, but especially) epiphone or ibanez is going to be great, especially for a newbie. My dad has been a pro guitarist for most of his (and obviously all of my) life, and I remember 7 or 8 years ago when I started playing i got an Ibanez starter pack, and he said something to the effect of, "guitars are sooo much better these days, back when I was 15, your ibanez would have been a $800.00-$1,000.00 guitar, and the guitars that cost $100.00 or less back then were horrible wooden planks that were barely good for firewood."
...it's pretty hard in this day & age to get a "bad" guitar. Even the chepo starters are great anymore, as long as the guitarist knows what they're doing
