Would this work? Audio?
Would this work to connect my 2 computers to 1 speaker?
I get a Headphone Splitter, 2 male-to-male headphone cables, and a femal-to-female headphone cable.
Plug the 2 male-to-male cables to the splitter and connect the otehr end to the 2 computers. then take the female-to-female cable and plug that into the splitter and then connect the speaker to that.
Would this work so i could use the speakers for both computers?
It depends on the connector on your speakers.
If your speakers have a LINE IN jack (female), then you only need the 2 male-to-male cables. Plug the male end of the splitter into the speakers, then connect the two male-to-male cables to the splitter and then to the computers.
If your speakers have a male plug that cannot be removed, you will need to plug that into the female-to-female cable, and plug the splitter into the other end. Connect to the computers as mentioned above.
