How to Wire Cat 6 Female connector?
I need to wire my house with Cat 6. Can find plenty of guides for wiring male plugs but none for female plugs
Since you are wiring your house, you should get a punch tool for starters.
I suppose you have purchase modular plugs. These allow you to "punch down" the individual wires to the back of the plug before you insert the plug into the jack that you will install on the wall. These are color-coded for 2 different wiring schemes. Just choose one wiring scheme and use the same wiring scheme at both ends (i.e. at the jack and at the patch panel). If you are not using a patch panel, just put the tips on using the same wiring scheme - 568-a or 568-b.
Hope this helps
