How do you repair a fog machine that is stuck on?
Our Visual Effects Super Fogger V-950 won't stop fogging. As soon as we plug it in to the power supply and it warms up to the right temperature, it begins fogging & won't shut off. The problem is not the manual or remote control. The fog machine still blasts fog even when the remotes are unplugged. Is a relay stuck? Too much moisture across two contacts? Please help.
could be the contacts...or the cut off switch is froze in the on position..there also is a selonoid that opens and closes to let the machine know when its ready to fog or shut down..it might be stuck..(its like a plunger that opens and closes)..if the motor inside is going bad that might also affect it...does it get to the point it blows fuses..check the owners manuel..
