How do I make my midi controller sound in sync with my computer speakers?
I bought an M-Audio 49 key and the sound is about 1 second from when i hit the key. It is through USB and i am using my computers stock cards. This kinda makes me impatient and very confused. Other than that - its great! What can I do, guys!?
You can't do anything about it.
Unless you are using a program such as Cakewalk, FruityLoops, Cubase etc.
In which case you could adjust the sound buffer to a smaller amount to reduce or eliminate the latency delay.
A 2.5GHz> processor would also reduce this to a minimum if not eliminate it completely.
