Does anybody know the name of this 90's kids film?
It was an educational film, and it was set in a classroom. They students recieve a substitute teacher and are upset because they assume she's going to be horrible. Then they realize how much fun she is, they sing the "Locomotion" in a type of music video, they go to space, the go see dinosaurs, and the substitute sings, "Swinging on a Star", in a starry chair in a long flowing dress.
