how to improve my pokemon platinum team.?

Bullet seed
ravor leaf
rocck smash
17 togepi yawn,charm,metronome,sweeet kiss
21 chatot peck,catter,mirror move,sing
18 luxio,tackle,leer,bite,spark
21 roserade stun spore,mega drain, leech seed,magical leaf
18 ralts confusion,double team,teleport,luck chant.
i keep on losing to the third gym leader help. give a strategy. thks
I love pokemon!! This is what you have to do.
1) First you have to train Grotle until he is a Torterra.
A) Razor leaf
B) Leaf storm
C) Rock smash
D) Mega drain
2) Make Luxio evovle into Luxray.
A) Spark
B) Crunch
C) Charge
D) Thunder
3) Train Roserade until it is level 25 or 26.
A) Mega drain
B) Leech Seed
C) Leaf storm
D) Giga Drain
4) I don't know much about Chatot so just try to make him evovle.
5) Make Togepi evovle to.
6) Ralts would also need to evovle or become stronger.
Make sure you bring potions with you so yo can heal in the middle of battle. With those attacks the third gym leader is done.
