Is there anyway to fix my laser lights?

It has both green and red lasers.
I have both in a bowling alley for extreme bowling and they look amazing in fog! Now however the red beams in BOTH of the lights have went out and just don't work anymore, only the green lasers. it was odd too because they both went out about only 3 days from each other. Is it something that can be easily fixed or should i contact the seller?
Without knowing the reason for the failures, it's probably best to contact the dealer fo advice.
