Why are black people so loud?
First of all, this isn't meant to be racist, I really want to know. I live next to public housing and the only people that live there are blacks. Every night they're hooting and yelling and listening to loud music, sometimes until 4am. Why do they not care about others around them. Also, when I'm on the bus, they're always yelling on their phones and talking on speaker phone. Why do they find this necessary? I NEVER see white people, or other races for that matter, exhibit the same types of behaviors. Why is it that black do this?
They like attention and are inconsiderate of others in general.
