Does Lash Blast Luxe give the same effect as regular Lash Blast mascara?
I know that Luxe has shimmers but does it give the same drama and curl and volume, as regular Lash Blast mascara? Both are by cover girl in case youve been living under a rock. 
No, its pretty much the same. Luxe just has shimmer. Thats it.
