Good mic to use as overhead mics?
I have a an MXL 990 and an MXL 991 the 991 is slim and meant only for untruments, while the 990 is mainly a vocal mic but can be used to mic several instruments. I don't know if setting up a condenser mic would turn out good in a recording? I also have a shure SM 58 and some Nady SP9s I also have a set of wireless GemSound mics.
