Internal microphone is not working on my macbook?
I have a reg mac book, im using my internal mic which use to work before but now doesn't. I tried going to system preferences and going to sound and click internal mic but when i talk the bars don't move. I tried my mic like on every application imovie,photobooth,ichat,skype no one can hear me or i cant hear my self. How can i fix this? I mad since i cant video chat anymore ='( !
You'll have to take the computer to a qualified technician for this one, since it will require partial disassembly of the computer to troubleshoot. Have the technician check to see if the wires to the microphone have somehow become detached or broken. Good luck!
