What guitar Multi-Effects pedal should I buy?
I'm leaning towards a Boss ME-50/20/70 money and personal preference wise.
I wanted to buy it 'cause it has a good range of tones aside from everything else that make it brilliant.
However, I've learned that it's the best for Heavy Metal, my main genre of music.
Is this just a myth, is the pedal good at Heavy Metal?
If not would it be wise to purchase a Distortion stompbox along with the pedal?
Helps appreciated =]
Dude they are great multi-effects pedals, but like most of the multi-effects pedals, their overdrive/distortion sucks big time.
I suggest you getting this combo
Boss ME-70 Guitar Multi-Effects Pedal

+
MXR M116 Fullbore Metal Distortion Pedal

In that way you would have the cool Boss effects in one box and and awesome distortion pedal
