Difference between Technics SL 1210mk2 and 1200mk2pk?
Hi!
I've been looking on ebay for good used Technics turntables and I found two listings.
One listing was for a pair of Technics SL-1210MKII.
The other listing was for a pair of Technics SL-1200MK2PK.
What are the differences between the two models? Pros and cons of each?

Both models are identical in mechanics, appearance and color (matte black). Major differences are: The SL-1210MKII was destined for Europe and has a power supply that can be changed from 115V to 220v by turning a selector switch located under the platter. This model also comes with the Euro type power cord. The SL-1200MK2PK was only destined for the US, does not have a voltage selector switch and uses 115V only. This model has the standard US type power cord. Minor differences are: Different labels/stickers at the back/bottom of each unit. I know this because I've used both types and I own/owned the silver versions of each (which are branded SL-1200MKII in any region)
