I want to know if i can connect my cable box (with component out) to my PC monitor with any of these cables?

You hve to know which conection your monitor has.
If it has DVI input you can buy a DVI-Component cable.
My Samsung has Analog and Digital connectors on the back.
Remember that DVI is a small rectangular connector,not as big as Analog.
