What is a channel splitter snake?
pro audio 24 channel splitter snake...what is the "split part" cause i know what the channel snake is but a split one...
A splitter snake is like a normal snake except that it has an input and two outputs for each mic channel. The reason for this is so that the monitor mixer board on stage can connect to each channel too. They are very handy if you have a separate monitor mixer on stage. The good ones use a transformer to split the channels - you will have less problems this way.
