my computer went kaboom 2 weeks ago, both the PSU and AVR were damaged. Any tips on why it exploded?
My system is old already but it's components i believe are in tiptop shape. I'm using an AMD Sempron 2.6g pro, Radeon A9250 256mb 128bit vid crd, 2 256mb ddr400 mems, 2 old hard drives, 1 old dvd rom, and a yamaha xwave sound card using 2 customized sony trinitron speakers (tv speakers slapped in a stereo casing) in passive mode. All slapped in an MSI mobo being powered by a 350watt dual fan PSU
I already rechecked the voltage and all my components arent even using more than 270 watts. What the hell is wrong with it? I just want to be sure first before buying a new PSU so It wont happen again.
Also, prior to the damage, It kind of reboots while playing some games like NFS Carbon. Is this some kind of a sign?
Global warming ????
