what kind of mic can I use to record myself and my acoustic guitar?
I cant afford to buy a real microphone and mixer and all that plus I dont need it. I just want to hear how I sound and record myself on my computer. so is it a good idea to buy one of those regular table-microphones that are about 10 times as cheap as one of those mics professionals use? if so, what is a good mic?
FOR EXAMPLE, would it sound awful if I got something like this: http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=316063
I'm only looking for the kind of quality you can hear on youtube videos. ![]()
the thing about dynamic mics, I cant plug them into my computer. what do I need to be able to use it straight into my comp? :S
this mic will work ==but===you will have to keep it closer to the guitar that to your mouth..as it wont pick up instruments as easily as voice...it would be better if you could by a dynamic mic..this will have more range ..bob
