My Dell Studio 1537 is having Optical Drive problems. What can I do?
Just yesterday the disk drive in my laptop stopped working. i looked online and found similar reports, but in this case the "eject" light on the media center control panel above the keyboard is not lit up. This leads to me believe there is something wrong with the drive itself. It has been making different noises lately and is ejecting any disk i put in. I still have 151 more days left in my warranty. What should i do?
Call DELL and get a replacement drive.
