my turtlebeach x31 headset wont work, I can not hear any audio, but if I play a game, I can hear the chat if I plug the white wire into the headset. this has always worked before, I dont know why it wont work now, i havent used them in a while and i resynced them and everything. Please help. I need to be able late nights without disturbing the household.

i found the problem, my new led tv has av audio in and no av audio out so I gotta buy a long auxilary cable
You should probably just contact their support... support@turtlebeach.com. They'll be able to help you out, and if there's a problem, you have a one-year manufacturer's warranty on your headset.
