Anyone familiar w/ the band MGMT?
I downloaded their song "Kids" as a podcast of KEXP Songs of the Day. It's on their album "Oracular Spectacular" on Columbia Records. The song kinda has that 80s, vintage-alternative feel 2 it, such as New Order or even Dead or Alive. I'd like 2 no if any of u guys herd of MGMT & herd their music. Since they're on a major record label, I'm sure they have a few more fans then a lot of other indie artists.
I'm sort of biased, but I think they're the greatest band ever. If you like "kids" you should get "time to pretend," "weekend wars," and "electric feel." If you like those I'd also recommend "indie rokkers," "love always remains," and "the youth"
