Why do I always burn the milk when I'm making coffee?
I'm talking about using the steamer wand on a coffee machine at a cafe. I didn't used to burn the milk (or at least I'm pretty sure I didn't) and I'm not sure what went wrong 
Sadly, I'm too embarrassed to ask anyone at work for help (as I should know by now how to steam milk perfectly with the silky layer on top, no bubbles) so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
You need to keep the head of the steamer near the top of the milk jug all the time. You've also got to keep ther jug moving in a circular motion if you keep the head of the steamer in one place to long it will scorch the milk.
