What kind of lawyer do i need to sue my wireless phone company?

I need to sue my mobile phone provider but i dont know what kind of lawyer to use. The problem is that i originally had to send my phone off to get fixed and they said they couldnt fix it. So, they said they would send me a new phone. When i went to go pick it up they gave me a refurbished phone, which was in worse condition than the original phone that was sent off(scratches, keys dont work, somethings wrong with the ear piece, etc). What kind of lawyer do i need to sue them?
P.S. (I dont care about your personal opinion of whether or not i have a winning case, i'll leave that up to the lawyer to decide) Thanks.

You need a civil/contract lawyer.

Edit: I know you don't want an opinion on whether you will win or not, but I would like to advise you that unless your phone is worth thousands, you will most certainly spend more in solicitor fees than your phone is worth. No lawyer I have ever met would take such a case on a contingency.
